You leave Claire in the saferoom and head out into the Rhodenon Jungle, which you will have to cross to reach Kruz Dracul's castle. The warmth of Claire's tears still penetrate through the thick of your gauntlet. You grip your fist to summon all of your strength for the coming journey. The jungle is as dark as it is dense.

1. Kill Jaguar (Reward: Jaguar's Territory)
Journeys:
1. Go to Swamp (Req: Jaguar's Territory x1)
2. Go to Cave Entrance (Req: Jaguar's Territory x1)
3. Go back to Vampiric Ruins
*Tips: Follow the steps below to save some stam & time...
Step 1: Go to Cave entrance > Waterfall to get bucket of water.
Step 2: Head to Cave entrance > Inner Caves to get the diamond.
Step 3: Head to Cave entrance > Jungle > Swamp > Enclove to get sage's blessings.
Step 4: Head to Swamp > Jungle > Cave entrance > Village to get plank wood
Step 5: Head to Cave entrance > Jungle > Swamp > Bridge. You can now go to Castle Dracul.

you'll need min level 41 and bloodline 24 to go to Castle Dracul. Better prepare it before landing in the Bridge.
FYI, if you want to harvest extra diamonds, you can sell them at $1k each. Not a bad way to make some extra $$ to spend in the next stage.
You'll also need two diamonds for this area. One for the Sage, and another for the village trader.
