As of November 2 the game has changed. The Assassin's Tower now has one quest and two conquests. They read:

Reward:

Conquests
Kill the Royal Assassin
Optional: The corrupt prince of Sebha, now a loyal member of the assassins guild.
Gold: 300-500g

This mission can only be accomplished once
Required:
Stamina: 8, Sacrifices: 20
Look Out Tower Perch
The tower provides an excellent view of Sebha's city layout
Experience: +10
